摘要
随着国家经济转型和产业升级换代的到来,现代学徒制人才培养模式可以在高技能人才培养方面发挥重要作用。实现人才培养与职业标准的对接,现代学徒制框架下需变学校招生为校企联合招生,从国家、地方和实施三个层面建立组织架构,重构课程体系,优化教师团队和实训条件,并建立多元评价标准。
With the national economic restructuring and industrial upgrading, the talent training mode of modern apprenticeship call play an important role in cultivating high-skilled talents. To link talents cultivation with wocational standards under the modern apprenticeship, it is necessary to change the recruitment subject from single school to the group of school and enterprise, establish the organizational structure from central government, local governments and implementing subject, reconstruct the curriculum system, optimize teaching staff and training condition, and establish the diverse evaluation mechanism.
