摘要
在实地调查和资料收集的基础上,对陕西地质灾害治理项目的实施进行研究。发现项目主要问题为进展缓慢,其原因涉及项目申报、立项、实施和管理各个环节。最后基于原因分析提出问题对策。
The implementation of geo-hazard controlling projects was studied, based on field surveys and data collection. It＇s found that the main problem lies in slow progress of projects, with project selection, application, implementation and management. Finally, the countermeasures are put forward based on reason analysis.
