摘要
为确保某大桥施工的顺利进行,对悬臂施工所需菱形挂篮进行了设计计算与验算。采用了大型有限元软件MIDAS Civil对挂篮在施工过程阶段的刚度、强度、稳定性等力学指标进行了应力、变形等验算。结果表明,该大桥施工所设计挂篮符合规范要求,能够保证悬臂施工的安全与稳定,同时对施工过程中需要注意的相关技术控制要点进行阐述。
In order to guarantee the smooth construction of the bridge, the design calculation and check calculation on dimond hanging basket required by cantilever balance construction are performed. A large - size finite element software MIDAS Civil is adopted to perform the check calculation of stress and deformation on mechanical properties of hanging basket during the construction like rigidity, intensity, stability and so on. The results show that the and the safety and technological control hanging basket designed during the bridge construction can meet the standard requirement, stability of cantilever balance consgruction can be guaranteed. Meanwhile, the relevant points in the process of the construction which need to be noticed are elaborated.
