摘要
简单分析了几种城市轨道交通车辆牵引系统主电路,提出牵引逆变器简统化设计设想。从主电路、电路参数和冷却系统3个方面总结出一套适用于城市轨道交通车辆用牵引逆变器的设计方法。采用简统设计的牵引逆变器可满足车控、架控、轴控的不同需求。实际装车考核表明,牵引逆变器的简统化设计方法合理可行,能够满足目前城市轨道交通车辆的需求。
The power circuits of several urban rail transit vehicle traction systems were analyzed,and the simplification design ideas were developed.Then,a whole design method for urban rail transit vehicle traction inverter from the power circuit,electrical parameters and cooling system was provided.The simplified traction inverter could satisfy the different demands of vehicle control,bogie control,axle control.The simplification design methods for traction inverter were proved reasonable and feasible by the experimental results of the existing project,which could satisfy the urban rail transit vehicle requirement.
