摘要
在对图书馆个性化服务模式和小数据关系研究的基础上,文章提出了一种基于小数据的图书馆个性化服务推送和服务质量保障模式。基于小数据的汇总、更新、分析与统计,这种个性化的服务模式能够满足读者需求,增长了图书馆用户群的数量,可为图书馆的个性化服务转型和QOS保证提供有力支撑。
Based on the study of the relationship between personalized service model and small data of library,this paper proposes a model for library personalized push service and QOS( Quality of Service) guarantee based on small data. Based on the summary,update,analysis and evaluation of small data,the library personalized service model satisfies the user's requirements,and increases the number of library users group,and provides a strong support for realizing library personalized service transformation and QOS guarantee.
