摘要
大数据的出现对电子政务提出了新的挑战,各国政府都高度重视大数据在电子政务中的应用。大数据的开发和应用有助于我国电子政务提高服务质量、辅助决策、创新服务模式,推进电子政务健康持续发展。本文首先介绍了国内外电子政务的大数据战略,再从电子政务中的信息资源共享、公众参与和"数字鸿沟"3个关键问题出发,分析我国电子政务的现状,指出存在的问题,重点讨论应用大数据为我国电子政务所带来的变革。
The emergence of big data has brought new challenges to e - government, governments the world over attaches great importance to the application of big data in e - government. Development and application of big data helps to improve the quality of service, assistant decision - making, innovate service mode, promote the healthy and sustainable development of e - government in China. This paper introduced big data strategy of domestic and foreign e - government, at first. Then starting from three key issues in e- government： information resources sharing, public participation and the ＂digital divide＂, paper analyzes the current situation of e- government in China, point out the existing problems, focuse on application of large data for China＇s e - government bring changes.
