摘要
目的观察参麦注射液减轻恶性肿瘤患者化疗不良反应的临床效果。方法 120例恶性肿瘤患者,按半随机化原则将患者分成对照组60例和治疗组60例。两组均采用化疗方案,治疗组患者在此基础上联合应用参麦注射液。结果治疗组在白细胞下降程度、血小板减少程度及胃肠道反应程度上均低于对照组,在统计学上有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论参麦注射液可减轻白细胞及血小板减少程度,改善胃肠道症状,增加机体免疫功能,降低化疗的不良反应。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the side effect of chemotherapy for the patients with malignant tumor. Methods 120 cases of malignant tumor patients, according to the principle of semi-randomization will be divided into the control group of 60 cases and treatment group of 60 cases. The two groups were treated with chemotherapy, and the treatment group was combined with the application of the Shenmai injection. Results The degree of the decrease in the white blood cell, the degree of the thrombocytopenia and the gastrointestinal reaction in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion Shenmai injection can reduce the degree of reduction in white blood cells and platelets, improve gastrointestinal symptoms, increase the body＇s immune function, reduce the side effects of chemotherapy.
