摘要
文章从伏邪角度出发,探讨糖尿病微血管病变的发病机制并确定治疗大法。痰浊、瘀血、气机逆乱是糖尿病微血管病变中主要的内生伏邪。内生伏邪的形成与先天不足,后天失养,脏腑功能失调相关。三焦和血脉是伏邪流窜和引起各种糖尿病微血管病变的路径。治疗上以化解伏邪为原则,根据伏邪种类,正气强弱和病情轻重的不同,具体分为扶正托化和疏导通化法。
This paper explored the pathogenic mechanism of diabetic microangiopathy from the perspective of hidden pathogen,and confirmed the treatments for this disease.Turbid phlegm,static blood and qi-movement disturbance were the hidden pathogens of diabetic microangiopathy.The formation of hidden pathogens associated with congenitally deficient,postnatally deficient and zang-fu viscera dysfunction.Sanjiao and blood vessel were the ways for hidden pathogens which could cause many kinds of diabetic microangiopathy.The treatment principle for this disease was resolving hidden pathogens which could be divided into method of strengthening vital qi to promoting and resolving and method of dredging and removing obstruction in collaterals according to the strength of vital qi and illness degree.
