摘要
美国近期启动的"精准医学"计划旨在针对每个个体进行精准测序,实现个体化精准治疗。但精准医学计划面临3个问题:庞大的人口数字决定了精准测序需要漫长的时间和过程、基因测序不能体现生命整体特征、基因测序尚不能实现疾病防控的预期。为此,文章提出中国式的精准医学——"九体医学健康计划",包含了九体医学的概念、理论体系、研究范畴、标准化、实证研究、推广应用等。"九体医学健康计划"策应了精准医学3个问题,通过"九体模块"思想探索个体化新模式;通过对个体整体综合研究为多维度把握生命特征提供新方法;通过构建"体质土壤论"为疾病防控提供新途径。
United States has launched the ＇Precision Medicine＇ Program,recently,which is aiming to conduct precious sequencing to achieve individual precision treatment.However,the precision medicine is also facing three major problems：the massive time and process of precision sequencing due to the large population size,genetic sequencing cannot reflect the overall characteristics of life and also cannot achieve the expected disease prevention and control.Therefore,we put the Chinese vision of Precision Medicine：＇Nine-Constitution Medical Health Program＇,which includes the conception,theoretic system,research category,standardization,empirical study and promotion and applications of the Nine-Constitution Medicine.The ＇NineConstitution Medical Health Program＇work in concert with the three major problems of the Precision Medicine respectively by using nine-constitution module provides a new mode for studying individual life characteristics,providing a new way to obtain life characteristics in multiple dimensions via general research of the individual and using constitutional soil theory to provide a new approach to disease prevention and control.
