摘要
成熟的公民文化是民主政治深度发展的重要软件,然而目前我国公民文化的发育还不够成熟。近年来党中央大力倡导的法治思维,不仅对全面推进依法治国具有重要意义,而且对推进我国公民文化培育也有重要启迪。由于法治思维蕴含着有利于公民文化培育的因素,因此可以运用法治思维来推进我国公民文化的培育。对于当代中国公民文化的培育来说,用法治思维推进普通公民的公民文化培育是基础,而用法治思维推进领导干部的公民文化培育则是关键。
The mature civic culture is an important software for the depth development of democratic politics, but the development of civic culture in China is not mature enough now. In recent years, the central committee of the CPC strongly advocated legal thinking, which is of great significance for promoting comprehensively running the country by law and gives important enlightenment for the cultivation of civic culture in China. As the legal thinking contains the favorable factors of cultivating civic culture, we can apply it to promote the cultivation of civic culture in China. For the cultivation of civic culture in China today, it is the foundation to promote the cultivation of civic culture for general citizens and it is the key to apply the legal thinking to promote the cultivation of civic culture for leading cadres, to appliy the legal thinking .
