摘要
随着城市化的不断推进,作为一种"过渡型社区"的城乡结合部大量涌现,其特有的过渡性、复杂性、流动性和异质性等特征引发了严重的社会失序。如何构建一种新型稳定的城乡社会秩序事关国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化。本文借鉴"共同体"的精神内核,梳理城乡结合部社会秩序所经历"道义共同体""行政共同体"以及"共同体解体"的变迁轨迹,并在此基础上提出要从"社区意识"和"主体精神"的层面塑造新型共同体,重建城乡结合部社会秩序。
With the advancement of urbanization, urban and rural joint parts, as a kind of ＂transitional community＂, which possesses unique features such as transivity, complexity,heterogeneity and liquidity cause serious social disorder. How to build a new and stable type of the urban and rural social order has great influences on the national modern governance system and ability. This paper draws lessons from the spirit of ＂community＂ and analyzes the transitional path of ＂moral community＂ ,＂administrative community＂ and ＂the collapse of community＂ that the urban and rural joint parts experienced. From this perspective, the paper puts forward the suggestion for shaping new community from the community consciousness and the level of ＂subject spirit＂ and reconstructing the social order of urban and rural joint parts.
