摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法:将68例病毒性心肌炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各34例。对照组采用单纯西医治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药治疗。治疗2周后观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后治疗组有效率为91.2%,对照组有效率为70.6%,两组比较,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效显著,且不良反应少。
Objective： To observe the treatment effect of Integrate Medicine treating for viral myocarditis. Methods： 68 cases were randomly divided into treatment group（ 34 cases） and control group（ 34 cases）. The control group was accepted western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with integrated medicine. The treatment effect of the two groups was observed and analyzed after two weeks continuous treatment. Results： The total efficiency in treatment group of was 91. 2%,while that in the control group was 70. 6%,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Moreover,the method in treatment group has obvious advantages. Conclusion： The western medicine treatment combines Chinese medicine in treating for viral myocarditis can significantly improve the treatment efficiency,with convenience and sufficient drug safety.
