摘要
变幅机构作为汽车起重机的重要组成部分,其运动可靠性对整机运动精度有很大影响。以QY100K型汽车起重机为研究对象,首先利用Pro/E软件和Simulation X软件建立机-液-控耦合的汽车起重机变幅机构模型,基于Monte Carlo试验法编制Matlab GUI;然后通过两软件之间的数据接口,实现实时数据交互;最后对其工作过程进行动态仿真,分析不同工况下机构结构的原始误差对运动可靠性的影响。仿真结果表明,所建模型能够直观反映变幅机构运动过程的位移变化,为起重机的运动可靠性设计提供参考。
As an important part of truck crane,the motion reliability of luffing mechanism has a great influence on the movement precision of the whole machine. Taking QY100K truck erane as the reseach object. Firstly, establishing a mechanical-hydraulic- control coupling dynamic model of truck crane with Pro/E and SimulationX software. Compiling MatlabGUI based on Monte Carlo testing method. And then, through the data interface between two software, to achieve real-time data interaction, and have a dy- namic simulation of the working process. Finally, analysis the influence of the initial errors of mechanism structure on the motion reliability in different conditions. Simulation results show that, the model can directly reflect the displacement movement process of the luffing mechanism and provides a reference for the motion reliability design of truck crane.
