摘要
网络拓扑结构的合理程度直接影响电网运行的可靠程度,为此,根据最小割集法对大电网进行基于网络拓扑的可靠性评估。因最小割集法受计算规模的限制,所以首先从电压等级、供电方式等方面对输电网进行分层分区,然后运用最小割集法对每个供电分区进行可靠性计算,从而实现对较大规模电网整体的可靠性评估。计算过程中,考虑了元件的计划检修等实际电网运行方式。选择IEEE_RTS79为测试系统,用MATLAB软件为编程工具,编程验证了所提算法的有效性。
Reasonability of network topology structure may directly affect reliability of power grid operation.Therefore,evaluation on reliability of large power grid based on network topology was carried on according to minimum cut set method.Due to restriction of calculation scale,it was necessary to conduct stratification and partition for the power grid in aspects of voltage grade,power supply modes and so on,then use minimum cut set method for reliability calculation on each power supply zone so as to realize evaluation on overall reliability of large scale power grid.Practical operational ways of power grid such as planning overhaul of component was considered in process of calculating.IEEE_RTS79 was selected as testing system and MATLAB software was used for programming to verifyeffectiveness of the referred algorithm.
