摘要
目的 :探讨TGF β1 在毛细血管瘤病理演变过程中的作用。方法 :通过免疫组织化学方法及图像分析技术 ,观察并分析TGF β1 在不同时期小儿皮肤毛细血管瘤组织中的表达变化。结果 :退化期血管瘤组织中TGF β1 表达阳性面积率及平均光密度明显高于增生期血管瘤组织 ,两者经统计学处理具有显著差异性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :由此提示TGF β1
Objective: To study the role of transforming growth factor Beta1(TGF β 1) in capillary hemangioma pathological development procession. Methods: The expression change of TGF β 1 in children skin hemangiomas different phase was tested by the immunohistochemical method and analysed by image analysis technique. Results: The area rate and average optical density of positive expression of TGF β 1 in involuted phase was obviously higher than that in proliferating phase. There were significant statistical differences between them (P<0.05). Conclusion: This finding suggest that TGF β 1 may be an important factor in hemangioma pathological development procession of proliferation and involution.
