摘要
简要介绍了医院自治的概念以及医院自治在英、德两国的具体实施形式和经验。在此基础上探讨了将“医院自治”管理模式在我国公立医院应用的必要性和可能性,并提出了实施的意见和建议。
Introduced the concept of 'Hospital Autonomy', its models and experiences in UK and Germany. The necessity and feasibility of hospital autonomy was discussed. Policy recommendations and suggestions regarding the implementation of hospital autonomy in China were presented in the final part of the paper.
