摘要
为提高新品柴油机的性能数值模拟仿真精度,在参考样机实测数据不可得的情况下,指导关键边界条件参数的选取并对仿真结果的合理性进行评估,基于先进发动机性能对标技术,对4台柴油机稳态工况下的万有特性以及燃烧性能进行了全面的试验与分析.结果表明,柴油机的燃烧放热特性参数(例如燃烧效率、燃烧持续期、燃烧品质指数(韦伯指数)等),与发动机的运行参数(例如转速、负荷、过量空气系数、EGR率)的变化关系在同一柴油机的不同工况之间、以及不同柴油机之间均有着良好的共性规律,可归纳出简单的关系式,为性能的仿真、优化提供可靠的数据支撑.
In order to provide simulation boundary condition parameters and to improve the modeling accuracy of the processes in a under-development diesel engine, in which measurements of those parameters are not possible, systematic benchmarking tests are conducted, with regard to the performance, combustion processe and emission characteristics of four state-of-the-art high speed diesel engines. Lots of data are collected and intensive in-depth analysis is carried out of the inner relationships between performance vs. design and operational parameters. Results indicate that the coherent relationships between combustion characteristics, i. e., combustion efficiency, combustion duration, rate of heat release curve shape factor (Vibe index), etc. and operational parameters, i.e. engine speed, load, relative AFR, EGR rate, etc. can be obtained for different operational points of the same engine and even tbr different engines, and their simplified models can then be established. Those general trends and models could be utilized to provide boundary condition parameters and guiding directions for the engine perlbrmance optimization process.
