摘要
2014年我院成立了家庭照护师培训基地。通过分级培训及科学管理,老干部在自己家中享受到了等同于医院的规范化管理,从而实现以家庭为单元的照护。家庭照护师分级培训的建立和实施,符合未来社会需求,是老年慢病护理学科发展的前沿,为推动养老护理职业培训奠定基础,目前在我院已形成常态化、规范化培训。
In 2014, our hospital established family care nurses training base. Through stratified training and scientific management, the retired veteran cadres could receive care in their homes which are equal to hospital standardized management, so as to realize family care as a unit. The establishment and implementation of family care nurses is the future social demand, is the cutting edge of elderly chronic disease care, and establish the foundation for promoting the elderly nursing vocational training. At present the family care nurses training in our hospital has been normalized and standardized.
