摘要
目的探讨避免肱骨下端骨不愈合并发症的方法。方法用自制弯曲V形钉从肱骨外上髁进钉,行髓内固定治疗10例肱骨下端骨折术后骨不愈合,并对其进行回顾性分析。结果术后经5~24个月随访,10例均获得良好骨性愈合。结论肱骨下端骨折术后较易产生骨不愈合并发症。消除骨不愈合的内外因素,肱骨下端骨不愈合的治疗可以获得满意效果。
Objective Avoid the complication of nonunion in the distal end of humerus.Methods Ten patients with nonunion in the distal end of humerus were treated by internal fixation by using self made bending V-shapednail.Results After a postoperative follow up of 524 months all patients obtained bone union.Conclusion The distal end of humerus after operation is usually associated with the complication of nonunion.Nonunion in the distal end of humerus can be treated by eliminating all kinds of causes.
