摘要
我国农产品质量安全标准,以农兽药残留标准为重点,"三品一标"质量认证标准为引领,健全产业技术体系为核心,形成了基本完整的体系。同时根据发展中的问题,从完善管理制度、健全标准体系、提高制修订水平、加强科普宣传四方面提出了改进建议,试图强化我国农产品质量安全标准的严谨性、科学性和合理性,为农产品质量安全监管工作提供有力的技术支撑。
The standards on quality and safety of agricultural products in China have formed a complete system substantially by focusing on pesticide and veterinary drug residue standards, and making the quality certification standards ＂three products and one standard＂ as guide, and improving the industrial technology system as the core. Based on the problems during development, this paper proposes the suggestions by improving the management system, improving the standards system, improving the development and revision level, and strengthening the propaganda of scientific, in order to strengthen the rigorous, scientific and rational quality and safety standards of agricultural products, providing strong technical support for the quality safety supervision of agricultural products.
