摘要
文中就给定英制梯形外螺纹的各尺寸由英制尺寸转换为米制尺寸的方法进行了详细讨论;介绍了刀具参数选择方法;利用宏指令编写英制螺纹的加工程序,通过三次指定循环起点的方法实现了大螺距螺纹的左右分层加工,使程序更简单。这种方法在保证了英制螺纹尺寸正确的前提下,提高了螺纹加工的效率。
The paper discusses the method for changing the inch size to the metric dimensions. The tool parameters selection method is introduced. The thread machining programs is written using macro instructions, and three specified cycle starting point is used to machine the thread with left and fight stratification. The method ,hakes the program easier. The method assures the correct size of the thread and improves the effieiency processing.
