摘要
目的:了解北京市海淀区托幼机构的基本情况、卫生保健现状及存在问题,提高卫生监督效果及托幼机构的卫生保健工作质量,同时为政府相关部门制定托幼机构卫生保健政策提供依据。方法:采用问卷调查和定性访谈的方式,对北京市海淀区106所托幼机构进行调查。结果:北京市海淀区托幼机构卫生保健工作已达到一定水平,但仍存在公办园、民办园卫生保健工作差距较大,卫生保健工作人员配比数量不够、学历不合格,卫生保健制度落实不到位等问题。结论:卫生监督部门应积极与相关部门合作,督促落实卫生保健制度及托幼机构定期培训,并加大对民办园的监督管理力度和扶持力度。
The aims were to understand the status of health care of kindergartens in Haidian District,improve the health care quality,and to provide related references to government policy.Both quantitative method and qualitative interview method were used in this research.We implemented the questionnaire survey on 106 kindergartens in Haidian District.The health care of kindergartens in Haidian District has achieved a relatively high level.But there is an obvious gap between the public kindergartens and privates.And in some kindergartens,the quantity of health care workers doesn＇t reach the bottom line,even some workers are not qualified.Besides,some health care job is not done correctly.The health supervision department should strengthen the inspection with other related departments to make sure the health care rules of kindergartens are carried out properly.Specially more policy support and supervision should be offered to private kindergartens.
