慢性肾脏病非透析患者心肌酶谱检测的临床意义

摘要 目的回顾性分析慢性肾脏病非透析患者血清心肌酶谱水平,探讨心肌酶谱对预测CKD非透析患者心血管并发症的临床意义。方法选取78例CKD3~5期非透析患者及20例年龄、性别匹配的健康体检者为对照组,分析血清心肌酶谱水平(LDH、AST、CK、CK-MB、IMA)。结果与健康体检者相比,CKD各期心肌酶谱水平均有不同程度升高,随CKD进展呈升高趋势(P〈0.05)。结论随病情进展,CKD患者心肌酶谱渐升高,定期监测心肌酶谱水平对判断早中期、透析前期CKD患者心血管病变具有一定价值。 Objective Retrospectively analyze the serum level of myocardial enzymes in patients with non-dialysis chronic kidney disease , and to investigate the clinical significance of myocardial enzymes in the prediction of non-dialysis CKD patients .Methods A total of 78 CKD patients ( K/DOQI stage 3 -5 ) were enrolled in this study and another 20 cases of health examination person matched on age and gender were enrolled as control.To analyze the serum level of myocardial enzymes ( LDH, AST, CK, CK-MB, IMA).Results Comparing with the healthy , the serum level of myocardial enzymes increased significantly in all CKD patients ( P〈0.05), and rised proportionally with the decline of renal function ( P 〈0.05).Conclusions Regularly monitoring the level of myocardial enzymes could be some meaningful for diagnosing the cardiovascular disease in early metaphase and pre dialysis prophase patients with chronic kidney disease .
