摘要 本文提出一种基于云理论和理想解法的客户协同创新工作评价方法,利用云理论处理评价过程中的随机性和模糊性。采用正负理想云代替传统理想解法中的正负理想解,计算各样本关于正负理想云的确定度,采用加权综合确定度取代传统理想解法中的距离来计算接近度,评价指标的权重由熵权法确定,最后对接近度进行排序来评价各样本的优劣。实例验证了该方法的可行性与有效性。 An evaluation method based onthe cloud theory and TOPSIS for customer collaborative innova-tion work is proposed in this paper.The cloudtheory is employed to deal with the fuzziness and randomness inthe evaluation process.The positive and negative ideal cloud is substituted for the positive and negativeideal so-lution of traditional TOPSIS method,the certainty degrees of positive and negative ideal cloud for each sampleare calculated.The weighted comprehensive certainty degreewhich replaces the traditional TOPSIS distance isused to calculate the closeness degree,and the weight of the evaluation index isdetermined by entropy weightmethod.At last,the closeness degrees are sorted to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of each sample.Case study verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
