老年恶性肿瘤患者抑郁的发生率及相关因素分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的调查老年恶性肿瘤患者抑郁的发生状况并分析相关因素。方法采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)对120例老年恶性肿瘤患者进行测评,分析恶性肿瘤合并抑郁的相关因素。结果 120例老年恶性肿瘤患者中35例存在抑郁,抑郁发生与性别、肿瘤类型、体能状况无关(P>0.05),经济状况差、分期晚、疼痛是抑郁的发病危险因素。结论老年恶性肿瘤患者的抑郁发生率高,抑郁发生与经济状况、肿瘤分期及疼痛相关,临床医师应加强心理干预。
