摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜下应用单极电凝治疗顽固性鼻出血的疗效。方法回顾性分析78例顽固性鼻出血患者应用鼻内镜行单极电凝止血治疗。结果一次治愈76例,2次治愈2例,2例复发,治愈率为100%。结论鼻内镜下单极电凝治疗顽固性鼻出血较传统的填塞止血术视野清晰、准确、痛苦小,是安全有效的方法。
Objective Discussion on the application of monopolar electrocoagulation under nasal endoscope in the treatment of refractory nasal bleeding. Methods A retrospective analysis of 78 cases of refractory nasal bleeding in patients with nasal endoscopic line unipolar an electrocautery unit blood therapy. Results A cure 76 cases, 2 times to cure in 2 cases, 2 cases of recurrence, the cure rate was 100%. Conclusion Unipolar electric coagulation under endoscope in the treatment of refractory nasal bleeding tamponade hemostasis with a more traditional view clear, accurate, small painful, is safe and effective method.
