四种地被菊抗旱性研究 被引量:3

Drought Resistance in Four Ground Cover Chrysanthemum

摘要 以"雨花金星"、"雨花金华"、"雨花金桂"、"雨花落英"4种地被菊为试材,研究干旱处理对4种地被菊生长的影响,通过观测形态指标和叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)的活性以及膜质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量、叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白质含量,初步评价、比较了其抗旱能力。结果表明:抗旱性依次为"雨花金桂">"雨花金华">"雨花金星">"雨花落英";抗旱性较强的"雨花金桂"表现最好,叶片的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性较高;且叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白质含量都比其余的含量高;"雨花金桂"膜质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量明显较低。 The drought resistance of four Ground cover Chrysanthemum varieties ‘Yuhuajinxing',‘Yuhuajinhua',‘Yuhuajingui',‘Yuhualuoying'were studied in the paper.The morphology of roots,the leaf superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),ascorbate peroxidase(APX),and the contents of membrane lipid malondialdehyde(MDA),chlorophyll,soluble protein were determined during the drought process,preliminary evaluation and comparison of the drought-resistant ability were conducted.The results showed that ‘Yuhuajingui'had the best perform,then was‘Yuhuajihua',the third was‘Yuhuajinxing',the last was‘Yuhualuoying'.‘Yuhuajingui'was the best one which had higher activities of SOD,CAT and APX.And the content of chlorophyll and soluble protein was more than others.Moreover,‘Yuhuajingui'had low content in MDA than others.
