以PG-1测试对比MLPA与ELISA,证实用MLPA检测抗PG-1抗体,其敏感性特异性均高,与ELTSA对比γ>0.9191(γ0.01=0.393),两者的总符合率达90.5%,因此MLPA试剂盒可推广使用。作者还对阳性标准作了探讨,并提出一般可以1:32≥±3为阳性界线,在大规模进行时可以1:16≥±3为阳性界线,以简化操作节约试剂,同时建议将±3改为+。
The comparison of MLPA with ELISA, using PG-1 as antigen, proved that the MLPA has quite high sensitivity and spe- cificity, γ>1.9191 (γ0.01=0.393 ) , as compared with ELISA. The concordance rate between MLPA and ELISA is in 90.5%. Therefore, the authors think that the kit with reagents of MLPA could be extensively used, and that the limit of positivity should be generally determined at 1 : 32≥±3 , but it should be at 1 :16≥±3 in large scale so as to simplify the process and save reagents.
