摘要
用鼠足垫技术对8株未治初发麻风病人的菌株及5株未用RFP治疗过的患者的菌株作了对RFP的敏感性及RFP最小有效剂量的测定,结果表明RFP对13株麻风菌的的MED均等于或低于0.001%,其中为0.001%和≤0.0001%者各占5株,≥0.0003%2株,另一株≤0.0003%。鉴于麻风菌对RFP耐药的临界浓度至今尚未完全确定,要检出耐RFP菌株,尤其是对鉴定RFP的低度耐药株有很大困难,要进一步研究。本研究对小鼠血清中RFP浓度测定的结果与国外报告基本一致。
The sensitivity of 13 strains of M. leprae to rifampin (RFP) and the minimal effective dosage (MED) of RFP were determined, using the mouse these foot-pad technique. Among these strains of. M.leprae,eight were obtained from previously untreated multibacill- ary leprosy patients and five from relapsed leprosy patients who had not used RFP, The MED of RFP to all the Strains is ≤0.001% RFP in diet, five strains being equal to ≤0.0001% respec- tively, two≥0.0003% and one ≤ 0.0003%. As the critical concentrition of resistance to RFP for M. leprae is not yet established as that of DDS, the finding of M. leprae with RFP re- tance is very difficult, particularly to its low er concentretions. It is worth to further study to find out the critical value. The results of the dete- rmination of serum RFP concentration in mice administered RFP in the diet are identical with Holmes' report.
