胰头癌术中淋巴结清扫的意义与争议 被引量：2

摘要 胰头癌淋巴转移早,手术时需要进行淋巴结清扫,淋巴结阳性率与患者术后生存关系密切。胰头癌患者预后可能从规范淋巴结清扫中获益,但是否需要扩大淋巴结清扫尚需要积累更多证据。
