摘要
通过对"中国知网"学术文献总库中涉及"就业稳定性"问题的全部电子文献的统计分析发现:"就业稳定性"问题的研究在不断深入,涉及面越来越广,主要集中在就业稳定性的测量、就业稳定性的影响因素和就业不稳定的后果等三个方面。但现有研究缺少对就业稳定性问题的价值判断研究,就业稳定性的测量指标及其影响因素尚未形成学界权威性共识,对就业不稳定的后果研究还不够深入全面。
Based on statistical analysis of all electronic documents involved in employment stability problems in CNKI,it is found that the research on employment stability problems keeps deepening and involving more and more widely,which mainly focuses on three aspects such as the measurement of employment stability,the influencing factors of employment stability and the consequence of unstable employment,etc.However the existing research lacks of value judgment on employment stability,it has not been formed authoritative academic consensus about measurement index and influencing factors of the employment stability,and the research on consequences of unstable employment is not thorough and comprehensive enough.
