摘要
伴随着高等教育体系的不断完善,高等职业教育有了自己的定位和人才培养模式,寻找如何使高职院校和行业企业的校企协同培养人才具有更高的稳定性和长期性,成为了高职教育研究者关注的问题。高职教育应打破传统模式,突出职业教育特点,寻找职业教育与企业利益的契合点,完善产学研用与校企协同的共赢机制,创新具有高职教育自身特色的人才培养模式。
As the higher education system develops well,it is natural for higher vocational education to find its own orientation and talent cultivation mode.Higher vocational education researchers have been focusing on how to improve the stability and chronicity of talents co-cultivated by college and enterprise.It＇s necessary for higher vocational colleges to surpass the tradition,highlight the characteristic of vocational education,find the integrating point of vocational education and enterprise benefit,and consummate the win-win mechanism of In-dustry-University-Research-Application and School-Enterprise Synergy,in hope of running the college with its own characteristic.
