摘要
针对修理中柴油机增压器喘振故障的现象,通过分析增压器喘振产生的机理和与柴油机的工作配合特性,结合修理拆检情况和测量数据,找出喘振发生的原因。通过采用小一档叶片通道流通面积的扩压器,改变通道参数,从而顺利排除故障。
In the light of surge fault phenomena in the repair of diesel engine, the turbo surge mechanization and the working condition matching characteristics with diesel engine are analyzed. According to the results of the turbo overhauling and the measurement data, the reason of the turbo surge is sought out. The smaller blade of diffuser is adopted passing flow area, the blade passing characters are changed, and the fault is eliminated smoothly.
