摘要
针对传统的红外成像技术难以有效、及时、准确地检测出由于电压制热导致的变电站设备缺陷问题.本文对比分析了基于可见光与红外热成像技术的优缺点,设计了基于动态实时红外热成像技术的变电站设备在线监测系统,通过数字动态双通道红外热像仪及360°*n云台固定安装方式,配合光纤传输,能将所有监控到的数据实时传输到变电站的监控室,真正实现了有效、实时、准确的设备故障监测与数据传输。
For traditional infrared imaging technology, it is difficult to find out detection of voltage substation of heating due to e- quipment defects effectively, timely and accurately. This paper bases on comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the visible and infrared thermal imaging technology, designed the substation equipment on-line monitoring system based on dynamic real-time infrared heat imaging technology, through dynamic dual-channel digital infrared camera and 360°* n PTZ fixed instal-lation, with fiber optic transmission, transferring all monitoring real-time data to the control room of transmission substation, to a- chieve the inspection of equipment failure and the transferring of data effectively, timely, accurately.
