摘要
用裸鼠模型进行了麻风实验化疗研究。用动力法投药,观察0.05%氟嗪酸和0.01%二甲胺四环素的抗麻风活性,并同0.01%利福平的疗效作了比较。结果表明0.05氟嗪酸、0.01%二甲胺四环素与0.01%利福平有相似的抗麻风作用,而在停药早期以0.01%二甲胺四环素为最佳,值得进一步研究。用CFW系免疫正常小鼠的实验结果表明,以150mg/kg氟嗪酸每周5次灌饲有高度的杀菌活性,而用750mg/kg的低剂量仅有抑菌作用。
A study on experimental chemotherapy of leprosy in the nude mice (NIH/nu/nu) infected by M. leprae is reported. In those who have taken 0.05% ofloxacine and 0.01% minoeyclin in the diet for 83 days, beginning 90 days after inoculation, the antileprosy actions were observed and compared with that of 0.01% rifampicin, The results reveal that the activity against M. leprae of 0.05% ofloxacine and 0.01% minocyclin were similar to that of 0.01% rifampicin. However, in the early period after the stopping of treatment, antimicrobial activity of 0.01% minocyclin was better than that of the others and it is worth to further study. With 75mg or 150mg of ofloxacine per kg body weight, the normal mice (CFW) infected with M. leprae were also tested along with the experiments in the nude mice. The drug was administrated by esophageal cannula five days weekly. The results showed that 75mg and 150mg of ofloxacine have bacteriostatic and highly bactericidal effects respectively.
