摘要
目的:观察镇痛活络酊联合玻璃酸钠在治疗膝骨性关节炎方面的疗效及安全性。方法:选取双膝骨性关节炎患者120例,分为治疗组和对照组两组,每组各60例。治疗组给予玻璃酸钠注射液和镇痛活络酊联合治疗,对照组只使用玻璃酸钠注射治疗。分别于治疗前后对两组进行膝关节疼痛、屈伸度和徒手肌力检查,比较两组效果。结果:治疗组的膝关节疼痛评分改善优于对照组(P<0.01),膝关节屈伸功能改善也优于对照组(P<0.01),但是在徒手肌力检查方面两组差异不明显。结论:镇痛活络酊与玻璃酸钠联合应用治疗膝关节炎具有更好的效果。
Objective： To observe the curative effect of Zhentong Huoluo tincture （ZHT） combined with sodium hyalur onate （SH） in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods： All 120 patients of knee osteoarthritis were divided into treatment group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group were administrated with ZHT and SH, and the patients in the control group were administrated with SH only. The pain degrees and flexion degree of knee and manual muscle test were detected respectively before and after treatment, and the results of the two groups were compared. Results： The improvement of pain score and flexion and extension function of knee in patients of treat- ment group was better than that in control group （P〈0.01）. There was no difference in manual muscle test between the two groups （P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： ZHT combined with SH is effective for knee osteoarthritis.
