摘要
文章介绍了新疆某磁铁矿精矿的性质,通过运用以稀硫酸为p H介质调整剂,硫酸铜+硫化钠为活化剂以及复合捕收剂丁黄药+Y89,采用浮选方法成功将铁精矿中铁品位提高至68.72%,硫含量降至0.055%,为矿山的提铁降硫提供了新的途径。
In this paper, the ore properties of high sulfur magnetite concentrate in Xinjiang are described, by using dilute sulfuric acid medium adjustment for pH, copper sulfate + sodium sulfide as activating agent and compound collector butyl xanthate +Y89, the iron grade of the magnetite can be increased to 67.72%, and the sulfur content can be decreased to 0.055%, which provides a new effective way for raising the iron and reducing the sulfur.
