摘要
采用数理统计法、文献资料法等方法以湖北师范学院4086名学生2014年体质测试数据为研究对象,通过统计分析,揭示大学生BMI指数分布特征,对大学生不同BMI等级与身体机能、身体素质各指标之间相关性进行检验。结果发现:1)大学生BMI指数总体呈正态分布,且"峰值靠左,右尾缓长";男女生BMI指数处于正常等级人数比例相当,女生偏瘦情况较男生严重,男生肥胖前期和轻度肥胖等级比例明显高于女生;女生出现重度肥胖者,而男生没有。2)大学生BMI指数等级分布与身体机能指标相关性显著,且性别间大同小异;3)BMI指数与50m用时呈非显著正相关关系;4)男女大学生BMI指数与立定跳远相关性有差异,但均呈负相关;5)大学生BMI指数与一分钟仰卧起坐(女)/引体向上(男)次数显著负相关;6)大学生BMI指数与1000m(男)/800m(女)用时呈非显著正相关。
In this paper, using the mathematical statistics method, the method of literature , regards 4086 students＇ physical test data of Hubei Normal University as the research object,through statistical analysis, reveals the characteristics of distribution of BMI index of college students, intends to show the correlation with college different grades of BMI index and physical function, physical quality . The results show that： （ 1 ） the students＇BMI index showed normal distribution, and the ＂peak on the left, the right tail long＂ ; BMI index grade in normal grade proportion of boys and girls are nearly the same, the thin girls are much more than boys, pre - obesity and obesity I levels proportion of boys are significantly higher than girls; girls appear severe obesity,while boys has none. （2） college students＇levels of BMI distribution are related to physical function ,and almost the same in gender; （3） the BMI index and the time of S0m has a non -significant correction relationship ; （4）There are differences between the male and female college students＇BMI and standing long jump correlation, but they both has a negative correlation; （5） College students＇BMI and One minute sit -ups （female）/pull- ups （male） has a significantly negative correlation; （6）The positiue correlation of college students＇BM] index and 1000 m （male） / 800 m （female） time is not obvious.
