摘要
混凝土裂缝是一个普遍存在而又难以解决的工程实际问题,锦屏二级水电站引水隧洞衬砌混凝土裂缝采用化学灌浆进行了系统修复,对保证衬砌混凝土结构的耐久性,防止引水隧洞内水外渗起到了良好作用。对锦屏二级水电站引水隧洞东端衬砌混凝土裂缝处理要求、修补工艺进行了总结,对裂缝产生原因进行了初步分析,可为其他类似工程提供借鉴。
Concrete cracking is a common and difficult engineering problem. Chemical grouting is carried out to systematically repair cracks occurred in lining concrete of headrace tunnel at Jinping Ⅱ hydropower station,which ensures durability of lining concrete structures and prevents water leakage from headrace tunnel inside to outside. This paper summarizes treatment requirements and repair technique for cracks occurred in east end of headrace tunnel at Jinping Ⅱ hydropower station and analyzes causes of cracking to provide references to the similar projects.
