基于双视频信息融合的变电设备状态监测方法及应用

摘要 根据当前变电设备监测的应用现状,提出一种基于SD-MSR的对比度增强双视频融合方法,将两个互补型对数作为强度传递函数,得到两个具有互补特性的Retinex输出量,进而结合高斯函数标准偏差计算各分量加权系数,通过加权求和得到不同尺度下融合结果,增益求和并动态调整后得到融合图像,该方法将图像增强和融合同时进行,减少变换次数提高运算效率,同时突出源图像高亮和阴影细节,与梯度方法和小波方法进行主观客观双重评价,该方法视觉表现更佳,细节更丰富。进而将该方法应用于一套变电设备状态监测系统,取得了良好效果。 According to the current status of the application for the substation monitoring, a dual video fu- sion method based on SD-MSR is proposed. Two complementary logarithms are used as the intensity transfer function, and the Retinex outputs of the two complementary characteristics are obtained, conse- quently the weight coefficients are calculated by combining the standard deviation of the Gauss function as well. The fusion results under different scale are obtained, the fusion images are also obtained by gain sum and dynamic adjustment. The method which the image enhancement and fusion are disposed at the same time reduces transformation frequency and improve the computation efficiency, while the source image highlights and shadow detail are obvious. Evaluated by the gradient method and wavelet method subjec- tively and objectively, the visual performance and details are more better by the method. Furthermore, the proposed method is put into effect in a set of state monitoring system for substation equipment, the practi- cal effect is effective and favorable.
