摘要
目前,关于双卡套式密封在常温及高温状态下的密封性能分析介绍较多,而对其在超低温(-50℃^-150℃)状态下的密封性能及实践效果研究较少。该文通过将10mm内径的双卡套用于LNG液化实验装置流程中,作为超低温阀组的管路密封,实验结果表明:选用优质304不锈钢材质的精密管及优质双卡套,在确保加工精度和规范安装的条件下,双卡套在超低温状态下依然具有良好的密封性能。
Currently, there are many sealing performance analyses about swagelog at normal and high temperature. However, there are few sealing performance analyses of swagelog at ultra-low temperature (-50 ℃ -150℃). In LNG liquefaction process, swagelog of two-ferrule 10mm diameter are used as pipe sealing of ultra-low temperature valve. The result shows that when high quality 304 stainless steel precision tubes and swagelogs are used on the premise that they are processed precisely and installed professionally, the swagelog has the good performance at ultra-low temperature.
