摘要
目的：观察一体化急救护理新模式在重型颅脑损伤患者的应用效果。方法选取我院2011年5月～2015年5月收治的160例重型颅脑损伤患者作为研究对象，随机分成常规组和观察组，每组80例患者。常规组采取常规急救护理模式，观察组采用一体化急救护理新模式。结果观察组的急救时间和抢救成功率均明显优于常规组（P＜0.05）。结论一体化急救护理新模式在重型颅脑损伤患者中的应用效果良好。
ObjectiveTo observe the application effect of the new model of integrated emergency nursing in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods 160 patients with severe craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into routine group and observation group from May 2015 to May 2011, 80 patients in each group. The conventional group adopted the conventional emergency care model, the observation group was treated with integrated emergency nursing model.Results The success rate of first aid and rescue of the observation group were significantly better than that of the conventional group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application effect of integrated emergency nursing in patients with severe craniocerebral injury is good.
