摘要
目的：探讨脑血管造影DSA术并发症的临床分析,减少脑血管造影DSA术并发症的发生率.材料与方法：2010年5月至2012年4月神经内科住院接受脑血管造影的126例患者的并发症临床资料进行分析与讨论,患者年龄分布为25 ～78岁,平均年龄54.3岁,其中男性患者是81例,女性患者是45例.结果：行脑血管造影DSA术后,共7例出现明显并发症反应.出现与穿刺点相关并发症患者为3例;出现穿刺点局部及周围血管并发症患者为3例,全部表现为颈内动脉血管痉挛;出现其它重要脏器并发症患者为1例,表现为拔鞘时发生迷走反射,以致血压降低、心率下降.结论：遵循相应的操作规范,严格执行相应的规章制度,加上工作人员精心细致的操作,就可以控制好并发症的发生率.
Purpose： To explore of cerebral angiography DSA surgery complications clinical analysis, to reduce the incidence of complications of cerebral angiography DSA surgery. Materials and Methods： Complications of clinical data of 126 patients from May 2010 to April 2012 to our hospital for cerebral angiography analysis and discussion, the age distribution of patients 25 to 78 years, with an average age of 54. 3 years, male patients 81 cases, 45 cases of female patients. Results： Line cerebral angiography DSA after a total of seven cases of apparent complications reaction. Conclusion： Follow the appro- priate operations specifications, strict implementation of the rules and regulations, plus staff meticulous operation, you can control a good incidence of complications.
