摘要
采用瓦楞纸板对婴儿床的造型、结构进行设计与实。。在造型上以抽象化的动物头像作为床头床尾板的设计元素,在结构上采用断面插接式作为部件间的连接方式。为满足婴儿睡眠的特殊需要,在床底部设计了弧线造型结构以实现摇床功能。在设计方案基础上,进行儿童床的制作实践。床具小样的承重测试结果显示,该床具的承重能力大于50 kg,可满足现行相关标准中规定的强度指标要求。
Based on the characteristics of corrugated cardboard, the shape and structure of crib is de- signed with lovely abstraction of animal heads as the head and tail plate of the bed and the plug-in section as the connection mode between bed parts. To meet the special needs of infants sleep, the arc structure is adopted in the bottom of the crib so that it can be realized as a cradle. Sample crib load test results show that the load-bearing capacity of the crib exceeded more than 50 kg which can reach the demand of strength inex specified in the current standard.
