摘要
术语翻译和术语管理是翻译流程中重要的环节。在计算机辅助翻译环境下,通过创建和应用术语库,有效地进行术语管理,既可以保证术语的一致性,提高翻译效率,又可以将术语资源转化为语言资产,用于日后的翻译实践。本文探讨了运用计算机辅助翻译技术和工具,创建、应用术语库及进行术语管理等实际问题,可为翻译从业者提供有益的借鉴。
The translation and management of terminology is important part in translation process. Using computeraided translation technology and tools to construct and apply terminology database and manage terminology helps to achieve consistency and efficiency, and transform the terminology resources into language assets for future translation practice. This paper discusses issues on the construction and application of terminology data base and issue of terminology management in the computer-aided translation environment, hoping it would be helpful for translation practitioners.
