摘要
目的:观察功能性电刺激治疗脑卒中肩痛的疗效.方法:将60例脑卒中肩痛患者随机分为试验组(30例)和对照组(30例),均给予常规治疗(对症及支持治疗、消除脑水肿、减轻颅内压、改善脑循环、良肢位摆放等)、电针治疗及运动疗法,试验组则在此基础上配合功能性电刺激疗法,观察两组临床疗效.结果:试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),McGill评分、MMT评分、FMA评分、BI评分及肩关节被动活动度的改善情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05、P<0.01).结论:功能性电刺激能有效改善脑卒中肩痛的强度、肩关节外展肌群肌力、上肢运动功能、日常生活活动能力和肩关节活动度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To observe the efficacy functional electrical stimulation for should pain after stroke. Methods:60 cases of patients with should pain after stroke were randomly divided into experimental group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases), both of the groups treated by conventional treatment (such as symptomatic and supportive treatment, eliminating cerebral edema, reducing intracranial pressure, improving brain circulation, good limb position), electro-acupuncture and exercise therapy, on the basis of it, the experimental group combined with functional electrical stimula-tion, observed the efficacy of two groups. Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05), the improvement of McGill, MMT, FMA, BI scores and passive activity of shoulder joint were all better than those of control group (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion:Functional electrical stimulation can effectively improve the degree of should pain after stroke, strength of the should abductor, motor function of upper limb, activities of daily living and activity of shoulder joint, deserves clinical promotion and application.
