摘要
目的探讨内固定联合椎体成形术对脊柱骨折患者Cobb角及椎管侵占的临床影响。方法选择2012年10月至2014年10月在我院被诊断为脊柱骨折的患者100例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用内固定治疗方案,观察组在内固定治疗的基础上联合采用椎体成形术治疗方案。采用22.0分析软件对比分析两组患者治疗效果,比较治疗前后患者Cobb角及椎管侵占情况。结果观察组疗效高于对照组;观察组治疗后患者Cobb角及椎管侵占情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用内固定联合椎体成形术治疗脊柱骨折患者Cobb角及椎管侵占均较治疗前有所改善,显著提高患者治疗效果,临床应用价值意义重大。
Objective To evaluate the clinical impact of internal fixation with vertebroplasty on Cobb angle and spinal canal encroachment of spinal fractures patients.Methods A total of 100 patients who were diagnosed with spinal fractures in our hospital from 2012 Oct.to 2014 Oct.were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each.The control group received internal fixation, and the experiment group received the internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty.The curative effect, Cobb angles and spinal canal encroachment situation were observed and compared between the two groups.The statistical analysis was performed with the use of SPSS 22.0 software.Results The significant clinical value in the experiment group was significantly higher than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . The Cobb angles and spinal canal encroachment situation after treatment were better than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusions The internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty impact on patients with spinal fractures can improve the therapeutic effect;significantly reduce the spinal canal encroachment and Cobb angle compared with, has good clinical outcomes in clinical practice.
