摘要
我国是以煤炭为主要能源的国家,煤炭在我国一次能源消费比例中长期占据榜首的地位不会改变;而煤层气开采尤其是地面井开发煤层气的经济价值略小,其主要贡献还在于安全价值和资源价值,以及由此衍伸的社会价值。如何评价煤炭与煤层气协调开发,达到怎样的标准才能称作协调尚无定论。根据我国煤炭与煤层气协调开发现状,分析了煤炭开采与煤层气开采的相互影响,列举出可能作为评价煤炭与煤层气协调开发的几个目标,总结其相互关联和矛盾,同时,也提出了煤与煤层气协调共采中的一些问题,并对协调开发的发展前景进行了展望。
China is a country with coal as the main energy. A long term leading position of Coal in China primary energy consumption percentage would not be changed. A economic value of the coal bed methane mining, especially with the surface well to develop the coal bed methane would be low. The main contributions of the coal bed methane mined with surface wells would be the safety value and resources value, as well as the social value. There was no final conclusion how to evaluate the coordinated development of the coal and coal bed methane and what standard reached as the coordination. According to the coordinated development status of the coal and coal bed methane, the paper analyzed the interactions between the coal mining and the coal bed methane mining. Several targets to evaluate the coordinated development of the coal and coal bed methane were listed and the correlation and contradiction were summarized. Meanwhile, several problems occurred in the coal and coal bed methane jointly mining were provided and the prospects were conducted on the development outlook of the coordinated development.
