针对神华集团纵向一体化发展的现状,根据租值耗散理论从政府管制、市场化水平与自然条件3个维度对神华纵向一体化发展的原因进行了宏观解释。
According to the longitudinal integration development status of Shenhua Group, based on the rent dissipation theory,from the three dimensions of the government control, market level and natural conditions, the macro explanation was conducted on the longitudinal integration development causes of Shenhua.
