摘要
基于重心模型,测算我国2000—2012年煤炭消费量、二氧化硫排放的重心移动轨迹,进而系统探究二者的时空演变规律。对比分析煤炭消费与二氧化硫排放的关系,为我国煤炭行业的健康发展与大气污染防治的合理布局提供参考。研究表明,2000—2012年,煤炭消费重心和二氧化硫排放重心位于河南省,二者演变呈正相关。煤炭消费重心由东向西移动。2003—2008年重心在北纬34.55°-34.65°、东经114.2°-114.4°之间呈现不规则偏移,最后移向西北。二氧化硫排放重心由东南向西北移动。2004—2009年间先折向东北后折返,最后向西北移动。两重心受经济控制和国家政策、脱硫技术影响下向我国几何中心偏移,区域分布趋于平衡。发展低能耗产业,进行煤炭脱硫技术的革新,对于煤炭消费与二氧化硫排放的控制有重要意义。
Based on the barycentre model, the paper estimated China coal consumption value from 2000 to 2012 and the barycentre moving tracks of the sulfur dioxide emission. Then the paper systematically studied the time and space evolution law. A comparison and analysis were conducted on the relationship between the coal consumption and sulfur dioxide emission in order to provide the references to the rational layout of the health development and air pollution prevention in China coal industry.The study showed that in the years from 2000 to 2012, the coal consumption barycentre and sulfur dioxide emission barycentre were located in Henan Province and the both evolution were in a positive correlation. The coal consumption barycentre was moved from the east to west. The coal consumption barycentre would be moved to the northern latitude of 34.55°~34.65°. The east longitude from 114.2° ~ 114.4° would be in abnormal offset and finally would move to north-west. The barycentre of sulfur dioxide emission would be moved from south west to north-west. The barycentre of sulfur dioxide emission would be first changed to the north-east and then would be moved from the driver. The two barycentre were affected by the economic control and the national policy. Under the influences of the desulfurization technology, the geometrical center would be offset. And the regional distribution would be in balances To develop the low energy consumption industry and to innovate the coal desulfurization technology would have important significances to the control of the coal consumption and sulfur dioxide emission.
